Personal

A near native of Colorado, my family moved to Littleton from Chicago when I was just three years old.  I attended Columbine High School and The University of Colorado - Boulder.  I began college studying civil engineering, but transferred into the Leeds School of Business my sophomore year after the passing of my father.  I was looking for direction and purpose in my life when I was introduced to Northwestern Mutual's highly accredited internship program, which I joined in 1998.  Conversations about planning for the unforeseen - including protecting the ones you may leave behind, began to influence how I wanted to build my career.

I graduated in 2000 with a degree in finance and marketing and chose to continue my career with Northwestern Mutual as a full time financial advisor.  My passion for asking tough questions and helping people address the realities of life and creating financial security for their families is stronger than ever.

In 2007 I married my beautiful wife Jameela, and in the fall of 2008 we welcomed our son, Nico, into the world.  Our family resides in a historic and beautiful neighborhood of south Denver where we plan on being for years to come.
